Yes! Tickets are refundable until October 10. After that date, tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend PortCon, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or another member of your team, subject to approval. Please contact the PortCon team with the new attendee’s details before the event.
Your PortCon ticket includes access to the full conference experience, including keynotes, technical sessions, panels, workshops, networking opportunities, and conference activities.
It also includes food and refreshments throughout the conference, plus cool limited-edition PortCon giveaways!
No. Hotel accommodation is not included with your PortCon ticket.
Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation.
PortCon will take place at SHACK15 at the Ferry Building. We recommend staying in:
- Embarcadero / Financial District – closest to the venue
- Union Square – central with lots of hotels and restaurants
- North Beach – lively neighborhood with great restaurants
- SoMa / Yerba Buena – convenient and well-connected
Yes! Meals and refreshments will be provided during the conference. Your ticket includes food and beverages throughout the event, so you can focus on the sessions, conversations, and networking.
